General conditions of sale
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vyvea website and apply to any booking made through our website. By booking on Vyvea, you explicitly agree to these terms.
1. Reservations
A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been made on the platform. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your stay.
2. Payments
All payments made on Vyvea are made securely via our partner platform Stripe (secure bank card) or any other payment partner clearly indicated during the booking process.
3. Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
- Between 7 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours of booking allows for a full refund if made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
The Host cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the reservation in the event of force majeure, in the event of an act of a third party or an act of the Client.
Indeed, in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (such as compulsory work or work linked to exceptional circumstances), the Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation made by the Customer and therefore undertakes to provide a full refund, without additional costs, within 7 days of the cancellation notice being given to the Customer.
4. Inventory and cleaning
It is the guest's responsibility to report any problems or damages within one hour of arrival. If no complaint is made within this time frame, the accommodation will be considered in perfect condition.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, the accommodation must be returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness. If the accommodation is returned in a particularly dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee of €35/hour may be charged.
5. Arrivals and Departures (Check-in / Check-out)
Arrival (check-in): from 5:00 p.m.
Departure (check-out): until 11:00 a.m.
No extension of stay is possible without prior agreement.
In the event of an extension not agreed upon, a penalty of €50 per additional hour started may be deducted from the security deposit.
In the event of early termination of the stay, no refund will be issued. Vyvea reserves the right to interrupt a stay at any time and without refund if these conditions are not met.
6. Tenant Responsibilities
You agree to respect the premises, not to smoke in the accommodations, and not to bring pets (unless expressly agreed). Organizing parties or events is strictly prohibited in our accommodations. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and/or immediate termination of your stay without refund.
The tenant undertakes not to cause any disturbance or nuisance.
The tenant may not make the premises available or sublet them to third parties under any pretext whatsoever, even free of charge, under penalty of termination of the reservation during the stay. The full amount of the stay remains with the Host as a lump sum compensation.
7. Owner's Responsibilities
Vyvea is committed to providing clean accommodations that match the descriptions and photos on the website. Sheets and towels are provided, and beds are made before your arrival.
8. Security deposit
A security deposit may be required depending on the accommodation. This deposit is specified at the time of booking and will be fully refunded after your stay if no damage is noted.
9. Insurance and civil liability
The Customer is responsible for any damage that he may cause to the premises, furniture and the building.
The Client declares that they have taken out civil liability insurance as part of a specific insurance policy or their multi-risk home insurance. This insurance may be requested by the Host in the event of disputes or damage.
The Host declines all responsibility in the event of accident or theft.
10. Protection of personal data
Your personal data is used exclusively for the management of your bookings. It will never be shared with third parties without your prior consent in accordance with GDPR regulations.
11. Disputes
The applicable law is French law.
In the event of a disagreement, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under Vyvea's jurisdiction.
By booking a stay on Vyvea, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them in full.
