  • How can I book accommodation?

    You can book directly on the website by selecting your dates. Your reservation will be confirmed instantly.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Self check-in is available from 5 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. Ad hoc adjustments may be requested depending on availability.

  • How do I access the accommodation upon arrival?

    A few days before your stay, you will receive a complete guide with all the necessary instructions to easily access the accommodation.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    To receive a full refund, you must cancel your stay at least 30 days before your arrival date. •If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before your arrival, the refund will be 50% of the amount of the nights booked. •If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, no refund will be issued and the entire stay will be due. Alternatively, you can receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.

  • Are linens provided?

    Yes, bed linen and towels are provided for all our accommodations. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made so you can immediately enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets are generally not allowed in our accommodations unless otherwise stated in the accommodation description.

  • Is cleaning included in the price?

    Yes, a cleaning fee is included in the price displayed, guaranteeing impeccable accommodation upon your arrival.

  • Can I book for a long period?
